I figured it was time I uploaded a photo of what was my "main" cosplay for A-kon back in June - Panty Anarchy from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt!

*Izaya-chan was Stocking, and these costumes came together only as a result of hard work; we made them as a joint effort. *Izaya-chan is an absolutely AMAZING seamstress and she sewed the costumes and took care of details such as the bracelets and the hearts. My contribution was with our wings, weapons, and shoes. (I was very particular about the shoes I admit XD I had to make sure we used the same base shoe!)

The wings took 4 days of straight work with one more day to finish with the decorating, and the sword and gun together took another 4 days or so. It was frustrating and slow work but I managed to get it all done and even made the weapons light up! *_* Backlace (the gun) is not featured in this photo but you can bet I will get a photo of me holding it eventually.

I am extremely proud of these outfits, and we even won "Best Crafstmanship" in the Friday Hall Cosplay Contest.

I must admit though, that these outfits were not the most comfortable things. I somehow survived the 5-inch heels and tightly attached wings during the con, but when I got home I was sore for days. XDDD Not to mention my leg-ribbon kept sliding down and people kept bumping into our wings! D<

It was very frustrating and I was terrified of the wings I'd put so much work into being damaged because of someone being careless. Luckily they proved to be much stronger than I expected!!!

*Izaya-chan and I expect to wear Stocking and Panty again to AnimeFEST. ^_^
